When is payment taken from my card?

Payments for all fixed price repair bookings are taken once we have booked the job. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Appointments can be cancelled at any time before 17:00 the day before your scheduled fixed price booking date.

If you would like to cancel a repair booking, give us a call on 0800 014 6250, a full refund will be issued in this instance.

A refund will still be issued if you cancel after 5:00 the day before the appointment, less the admin fee of £40.

If you look to cancel whilst a job is progress then you will also receive a refund less the £40 admin fee, however, if parts have been fitted, no refund will be issued under these circumstances.

What is the latest time engineers work to?

Engineers work from 8.00am - 6.00pm.
